Facet Monitor Housings
equipped with Facet's
Fuel-GardŽ high quality cartridges continually check the entire flow of
fuel, not just mere samples, for water or solids contamination. By
performing three jobs, Facet's
monitors assure clean dry fuel. They absorb free and emulsified water,
remove ultra-fine solids even when surfactants and fuel additives are
present, and shut down the system flow when hit with a localized slug of
water. The PS Series are uniquely designed to shut down system flow when
pressure drop across the cartridge exceeds 40 psi eliminating any
possibility of media or water transmission while also preventing the
system being reused. |

21
and 22 Series Fuel-GardŽ Monitor Housing installed
with one Fuel-GardŽ monitor cartridge, will continually check the
entire flow of fuel, not just mere samples, for water or solids
contamination. By performing three jobs, this small, compact monitor
assures clean dry fuel. It absorbs free and emulsified water, removes
ultra-fine solids even when surfactants and fuel additives are present,
and shuts down the system flow when hit with a localized slug of
water.
Maximum flow rate: 48 gpm |

VFGM
Series SuperFlex Monitor Housing equipped
with FG-O Series 6" OD monitor cartridge, continually check the
entire flow of fuel, not just mere samples, for water or solids
contamination. By performing three jobs, the monitor assures clean dry
fuel. They absorbs free and emulsified water, remove ultra-fine solids
even when surfactants and fuel additives are present, and shut down the
system flow when hit with a localized slug of water. They are designed
to flow from the outside to inside at a rate of 4 gallons per inch of
length.
Maximum flow rate: 174 gpm |

Fuel-GardŽ Fuel
Contamination Monitors perform three jobs to assure
clean dry fuel. It absorbs free and emulsified water to less than 2 ppm,
remove ultra-fine solids even when surfactants and fuel additives are
present, and shut down the system flow when hit with a localized slug of
water. It is designed to flow from the outside to inside at a rate of 1
gallon per inch of length with 2 micron nominal filtration Fuel-GardŽ
monitors let you know when they need to be replaced. They are available
in nominally 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 inch lengths. The presence of
water or solids in the incoming fuel will be indicated by an increase in
the pressure differential or a decrease in the flow rate as the monitor
reaches its maximum capacity for solids, water or a combination of
both..
Maximum flow rate: 600 gpm |

Combination Fuel
Monitor / Filter Water Separator The Facet
10 and 20 gpm combination fuel monitor/filter water separators conform
to Specification MIL-F-8901 and MIL-M-81380C (AS). They are constructed
of light weight aluminum and equipped with a water level sight gauge,
manual air vent and drain valve. Inside each housing is a coalescer
cartridge, a water separator canister and a monitor.
Maximum flow rate: 100 gpm |

HFG-Y (or N)
Series Horizontal Fuel-GardŽ Monitor Housings equipped
with either Facet's FG Series or PS
Series 2" OD monitor cartridges, continually check the entire flow
of fuel, not just mere samples, for water or solids contamination. By
performing three jobs, the FG Series monitors assure clean dry fuel.
They absorb free and emulsified water, remove ultra-fine solids even
when surfactants and fuel additives are present, and shut down the
system flow when hit with a localized slug of water. The PS Series are
uniquely designed to shut down system flow when pressure drop across the
cartridge exceeds 40 psi eliminating any possibility of media or water
transmission while also preventing the system being reused. They are
designed to flow from the outside to inside at a rate of 1 gallon per
inch of length.
Maximum flow rate: 1200 gpm |
