Series 94 Diaphragm Check Valve
|
 |
The Series 94 is designed to
open wide as long as inlet pressure exceeds discharge pressure. Should
pressure reversal occur, control tubing in the valve carries back pressure
to the bonnet forcing the valve closed. Also available as the 94-1 Check
With Opening Speed Control; the 94-2 With Closing Speed Control and the 94-3
With Opening and Closing Speed Control. |
Series 108 Pressure Relief Valve
|
 |
108-2 is specifically designed for piping
systems where constant line pressure is critical. When used in a main flow
line it acts as a pressure sustaining valve. Used in a by-pass line it
functions as a pressure relief valve. Combinations: 108-3 Pressure
Relief/Back Pressure/Check and 108-4 Pressure Relief/Back Pressure/Solenoid.
Also available as the Model 108FC for Fire Pump Relief; UL listed. |
Series 108 Pressure Relief Valve
|
 |
The 110 is designed to maintain
a constant pressure differential between any two points in a system where
closing the valve directly causes the differential pressure to increase. The
operation of the valve is modulated through a normally closed pilot control
system that senses pressure between the two points across which the
differential is to be maintained. Operation is automatic and settings are
easily changed by adjusting the pilot control. |
Series 115 Solenoid Control Valve
|
 |
The 115-2 Solenoid Control Valve
was specifically designed to provide remote control of fluids. The valve
operates fully open or tightly closed and, via the solenoid, can be
triggered by such devices as clocks, timers, relays, probes, pressure or
temperature sensors. Also available as the 115-4 Solenoid Control/3-Way
Pilot/Auxiliary Assembly consisting of a high capacity valve with a packless
3-way solenoid pilot. |
Series 118 Surge Anticipation Valve
|
 |
The Series 118 is specifically
designed to correct a common flow problem in pipeline systems -- low and
high pressure waves. Installed in a by-pass line, the 118 opens on a low
pressure signal within the flow and remains open for an (adjustable)
interval that relieves the following high pressure surge. |
Series 120 Rate of Flow Valve
|
 |
The Model 120-G is designed to
maintain a constant preset rate of flow regardless of pressure fluctuations
on either the upstream or downstream sides. the valve is controlled by a
double acting diaphragm pilot with an adjustable spring for presetting the
desired flow rate. Also available as the 120-G1 Rate of Flow/Solenoid
Shut-Off and the 120-G2 Rate of flow/Pressure Reducing. |
Series 125/126 Pump Control Valve
|
 |
OCV offers two pump control
valves -- the 125 for booster pumps, and the 126 for deep well pumps. The
basic function of both is to eliminate line surge when the pump starts and
stops, and to prevent ump cavitation. To accomplish this, the valve is
electrically interlocked with the pump motor and equipped for controlled
opening and closing in coordination with the pump. The 125 installs on the
main discharge line of the pump. The 126 installs in a by-pass line. Valve
and pump are isolated from the distribution system by a slow-opening check
valve. |
Series 127 Pressure Reducing Valve
|
 |
The Model 127-3 automatically
reduces higher upstream pressure to a constant lower downstream pressure
regardless of changes in supply or demand. If downstream pressure exceeds
pilot preset, the valve modulates until downstream pressure is acceptable.
Also available as the 127-2 Reducing/Sustaining; 127-4 Reducing/Check;
127-80 Reducing/Solenoid Shut-Off; 127-420 Reducing/Sustaining/Check and the
127-5 Reducing/Surge Control. |
Series 3330 Altitude Valve
|
 |
The OCV Altitude Control Valve
is offered in one-way (3331) and two-way (3333) models. Designed to control
water levels in elevated towers, tanks and reservoirs from 10 to 200 feet,
the valves operate on the differential in pressure between the height of the
water and an adjustable spring loaded pilot on the valve. The valves install
at ground level and when properly adjusted consistently maintain water
levels with 4" of set point. |
Series 22/88 Electronic Digital Control Valve
|
 |
The OCV Series 88 Digital
Electronic Control Valve represents a totally new and unique approach to the
problems of pressure, level, temperature or flow control. The combine the
accuracy and sophistication of modern digital electronics with the
simplicity of design and operation of diaphragm-actuated, line
pressure-operated control valves. It is available in two basic versions: the
Model 88 for use with a customer-supplied set point controller, and the
Model 88C, with its own unique built-in controller. Either way, the net
result is a design that is easy to startup, adjust and maintain, while at
the same time offering unparalleled reliability, accuracy and stability. |
Series 8000 Float Controlled Valve
|
 |
Designed to control liquid
levels in tanks, ponds and similar reservoirs, the Series 8000 is equipped
so that the float pilot closes the valve at the upper stop, opens it at the
lower stop. A remote pilot may be used where it is impractical to install
the valve close to the reservoir. Also, the pilot may be ordered to position
the float in-line or perpendicular to the valve. Automatic operation is
fully hydraulic with no mechanical or electrical linkage between the pilot
and the valve. |
66TS Tank Safety Valve
|
 |
The OCV 66TS is designed to
safely, effectively and automatically isolate a storage tank from its
loading terminal or product transfer point. Hydraulically linked to the
delivery pump, the valve automatically opens when the pump starts, closes
when it stops, or line ruptures, providing anti-siphon protection. In this
way, tank, pump, product and personnel are protected against accidents that
can occur when manual tank shut-off valves are used. It can be used in any
fluid handling system compatible with the pressure and materials parameters
of diaphragm type valves. |
