The
PLIDCO Split+RepairEll is fast and easy to install, using your own
personnel, by simply bolting the halves over the leaking ell. Provision
for venting or sealant injection is included. If sealant is necessary,
we will recommend the proper type. Factory-installed packing is held in
place by patented steel GirderRings preventing displacement during
installation. Packing compatible with product in the line will be
recommended. They include Buna-N, Neoprene, Viton, Kevlar and Silicone.
Fittings may be seal-welded if required.
Split+RepairElls are stocked in sizes 1 1/2” thru 4” and can be
shipped immediately. Quicker repairs cut your product losses, saving
time and money. Sizes 1 1/2” and 2” are rated for 1000 psig working
pressure. Other sizes, other degree ells and pressure ratings are
available. |
