- Casing Insulators and End Seals
- Galvanized - Model M-6, M-8 and M-12
are galvanized casing insulators. They are made from 14 gauge, hot
rolled, pickled and oiled carbon steel. The extra heavy duty vinyl
liner assures double insulation.
- Stainless Steel -
Model M-6-SS, M-8-SS and M-12-SS casing insulators
are made of 14 gauge, grade 304 stainless steel. They feature an
extra heavy duty vinyl liner, assuring double insulation.
- Fusion Coated Epoxy - Model
M-6-FCE, M-8-FCE and M-12-FCE casing insulators are made of 14 gauge
steel, with 10 mil epoxy coating. The runners are abrasion
resistant, and are attached mechanically with bolts. The bolt heads
are TIG welded to the band. The extra heavy duty vinyl liner assures
double insulation. Skids are available in both polyethylene and
phenolic.

M-12-FCV casing insulators are made of 14 gauge steel, with 10 mil
vinyl coating. The runners are abrasion resistant, and are attached

Insert Protectors - "PIPS" are plastic bushings fit
into the end of steel service pipe into which plastic tubing will be
inserted. "PIPS" eliminate the need for reaming the cut
end of the service pipe. The hole in the bottom of the
"PIP" is net to the O.D. of the tubing thus preventing
tube damage.
