Model 60 Casing Insulator

The Maloney Model 60 casing insulator is precision-manufactured in a controlled injection molding process. The material used is virgin high-density polyethylene. For carrier pipe sizes up to 12 inches, insulators are fabricated in two sections. For sizes 14 inches and larger, insulators are fabricated in combinations of 2 pi and 4 pi sections. With insulators properly installed on carrier pipe, the carrier can easily be pulled into the casing due to the low coefficient of friction of the polyethylene material.

Model 90 Casing Insulator

The Maloney Model 90 casing insulator is injection-molded under precisely controlled conditions to ensure optimal reliability and performance. Produced from the same virgin, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as our Model 60 Insulators, the Model 90 exhibits the same toughness and durability already associated with the products bearing the Maloney name. The low friction coefficient and the high abrasion resistance of the HDPE allows the carrier pipe to be more easily pulled through the casing.

Multiflex™ Molded End Seal

The Maloney Multiflex End Seal are made of oil and water-resistant rubber, specially compounded and molded for strength and resiliency. The accordion bellows design of this seal permits movement of the carrier pipe without damage to the seal. Its unique design facilitates installation and prevents damage from backfill. Multiflex End Seals are available in sizes from 2 to 42 inches.
